Invoice Conditions and Payment Policy

If not otherwise specified, the following conditions constitute billing policy:

• Prices are net 50% up-front, 50% payable at 30 days within Switzerland, or prior to delivery outside Switzerland.
• Invoices are due upon receipt. If an invoice payment is received 30 days after the invoice date, a late fee will be attached.
• A 5% late fee will be charged without special notice, beginning the first day after the 30 day grace period. Interest fees will accrue monthly at 5% of the total amount of the invoice, including late fees. If only a portion of the amount owed is paid, interest will continue to accumulate on the gross amount of the invoice(s), not the remainder, to ensure fair payment is received in a timely manner.
• All materials created by Haritomedia are the property of Haritomedia.
• Developed materials may only be used in the scope of the agreement.
